- Open Outlook
- Click the "FILE" menu
- Click the "Account Settings" button and choose "Account Settings..."
- On the "E-mail" tab, Select your existing email account, click "NewChange..."
- Choose "E-mail Account"
- Enter the name of the mailbox in the "Your Name:" field
- Enter the full e-mail address of the mailbox in the "E-mail Address:" field (example@jh.edu)
- More Settings.."
- Choose "Advanced"
- Choose "ADD" and enter the name of your additional account
- Click "OK"Leave the password fields blank
- Click "Next"
- Click "Finish"
- Restart Outlook
